YOUR CAREER AFTER
MILITARY SERVIVE
A clear path from service to civilian work.
Unturning Steel helps service members and veterans transition into civilian careers, where their military experience translates into success.
This page outlines who the program is for, the types of careers available, and how the placement process works so you can understand the path forward and decide your next step with confidence.
01. ALIGNMENT
Military experience is reviewed and mapped to value-added roles where discipline, accountability, and aptitude translate to civilian work.
02. PREPARATION
Service Members receive guidance on training, certifications, and work-readiness aligned with real employer requirements and industry best practices.
03. PLACEMENT
After months of working side by side with partner employers, service members can step into full-time employment with a company they trust and a community they already know.
CAREERS & INDUSTRIES
Unturning Steel partners exclusively with employers who believe in the mission and genuinely value military service. These are organizations we would proudly work for ourselves.
